Making a few New Year’s resolutions could be a nice way to start off 2022 on a positive note. Writing these down in a notebook is a great way to keep track of progress.
You will know which resolutions are important for you, but some popular and beneficial ones include:
- getting (or staying) social – setting up a weekly or monthly phone call with friends and family is one option.
- trying a new hobby – jigsaws, drawing, gardening or singing for example.
- trying a new online exercise routine – tai chi maybe? (of course check with your doctor first)
