If you are living with dementia, providing ways for others to contact you and for you to contact them is really important.

As well as phone calls, there are plenty of ways you can use your phone or computer to stay connected with friends and family. If you are looking for something to do during social distancing, investing some time in setting these up is a great place to start.

For video chat, you can download Skype or Zoom. If you have an iPhone, use FaceTime. 

If you prefer written messages, try downloading the Facebook Messenger app or the popular app WhatsApp.
